The 2020 Dukeries Rally will be implementing all current Motorsport UK Covid-19 virus protection procedures. These include the use of electronic management of information / documentation wherever possible and automatic contactless timing systems.
> Competitors will be required to complete and return pre-event Motorsport UK Signing-on Declarations when requested to do so, otherwise they will not be permitted to attend the event. [These include track & trace info for all team members plus details of vehicle safety equipment].
> There will be no pre event activity on site on Saturday 5th December.
> Each team will be limited to a maximum of 5 persons [Driver, Co-driver and up to 3 support crew].
> Teams must operate in their own ‘bubble’ whilst on site and must respect social distancing at all times.
> Team personnel are only permitted in the Service Areas [Paddocks 1 & 2] and Spectators will only be permitted in designated Spectator Areas. See latest Motorsport UK Covid-19 Competitor Guidance document below.
Entries will open on Thursday 29th October at 7 pm and should be submitted via the on-line system, with payment made via Bank Transfer at the same time as the entry is submitted. Please quote the drivers first name and surname as the reference. NB: Please supply all the crew and car details when submitting an entry. Motorsport UK specifically require the names, competition licence number and address of every competitor. Entries that include TBA’s or spurious information may not be processed.
2020 Event Regulations will be published on 28th October.
