ENTRIES:  We ask competitors to let us know A.S.A.P of missing information from your entries. EG: Co-drivers, competition licence numbers, contact details etc. It is much easier if the information is processed before the event rather than you having to write out the details at signing-on. ACCESS to the VENUE:  Entrance to Donington Park is via the Paddock Entrance (Gate 21). Follow the brown signs to the Competitor / Paddock entrance.  On the A453, go past the Airport, then straight on at the traffic lights (signposted for Donington Park Paddock Entrance), take the first right onto Melbourne Lane and then the Donington Park entrance is half a mile on your right.  Sat Nav's will take you to this entrance using the postcode DE74 2RP.

ALL vehicles need a pass and ALL people need a ticket to enter the venue on Saturday or Sunday.  As part of the event entry each crew will be supplied with 3 vehicle passes (Rally Car, Tow Vehicle and one additional support vehicle) and 6 access tickets. These will be posted out 1st class to the person nominated on the entry form on Monday. Tickets and Passes say Sunday 23rd October but are valid for Saturday afternoon 22nd October for competitors. Additional tickets (not vehicle passes) can be bought on the day at a price of 10 pounds. (13yrs and under free) which gives pedestrian access to the Service Area, all the Spectator Areas and infield plus the covered Grandstand.  

SERVICE AREA:  Each competing car is allowed one support vehicle and a marquee in the Service Area (Paddocks 1 and 2). Competitors must carry out all servicing activities on a non-porous ground sheet to avoid contamination. All trailers, towing vehicles and motorhomes (if different from the Service Vehicle) must be left in the adjacent Paddock 3 once unloaded. Any additional vehicles must park in the spectator car parks just outside the entry gates.  There is a strict speed limit of 15 MPH and there must be NO WARMING OF TYRES or BRAKES in all locations except the stages.    
PIT LANE GARAGES:   Access to the garages will not be before 17.00 on Saturday because there is a Track Day using Paddock 1. The organisers will do their best to pair up crews who want to service together in adjacent garage spaces. 
STAGE RECCE:  On some SV events it is possible to walk or cycle the route before the event. This will NOT be permitted on this event.  There is a Track Day on Saturday afternoon, so the stage will not be set up until very late on Saturday night. It will then be checked by the C of C and MSA Steward early on Sunday morning.     

SPECTATORS:  The spectator entrance will be via the Paddock Gate (21).  Spectators will have access to the Service Area (Paddock 1 & 2) and to the spectator areas and infield plus the covered Grandstand. Access to the Redgate banking will not be available when the stages are running

OVERNIGHT PARKING:  Crews are welcome to stay overnight at the venue which has 24hr security on the gate. Motorhomes, caravans and tents are permitted in Paddock 3 where there are toilets and showers. There is NO overnight camping or motorhomes permitted in the spectator car parks outside the circuit. 
DONINGTON PARK on-site facilities:  The Pit Stop Diner located alongside Paddock 2 will be open throughout the event with a range of hot food and beverages. There is a 24 hour Fuel Station on site, payment by cards only. There is also a Cash Machine.    
NOISE CURFEW:   It is a strict condition of use that ALL competitors must abide by the Donington Park Noise Regulations. On Saturday 22nd the Noise Test will close at 17.30 and cars that scrutineer later than that time will be noise tested on Sunday morning from 09.15 onwards in a designated area before ATC1. There must be NO starting or running of ANY competition engine before 09.00 on Sunday 23rd October. Any violation will mean Exclusion from the event and will put at risk any future rallies at this venue.
